Steven Brachman is a veteran test-prep teacher and tutor, having taught his first classroom course in 1997 with Kaplan. Steven's broad range of experience includes pre-college entrance exams such as the SAT and ACT up through graduate school entrance exams including the GMAT, GRE, and LSAT, as well as admissions essay coaching and editing. Steven's engaging teaching style and upbeat personality translate well to both the classroom and in personalized one-on-one tutoring sessions that provide rapid, efficient approaches that are grounded in alertness and precision. A native New Yorker who has lived in four of the five boroughs, Steven is a graduate of the University of Michigan who taught the SAT in several inner-city NYC high schools before moving on to private tutoring and Sanderson Test Prep. He now lives in Boca Raton, Florida, with his wife and swimming pool.
